5 months old

Here are a few of my favorites from Grayson's 5 month old photo shoot outside! Notice his new obsession with his feet!!

Aunt Katie and Uncle Trey

Aunt Katie and Uncle Trey came to see us for Spring Break! Well when I say us, I mean Grayson...who am I kidding?! We had so much fun getting to spend time with them and they were so sweet that they even woke up SUPER early each morning in order to be able to see Grayson when he first woke up in his crib smiling (wayyyy out of these late-nighters' element)! They came along with Grayson and me to story-time at the library and enjoyed checking out the other babies there. I had prepped them on the "regulars" and so it was fun watching them realize who was who of our library crew. Katie got lots of good Grayson-holding-time in and Trey especially liked laughing at Grayson's funny super fast kicking he does when he is laying on his stomach. They also enjoyed watching Grayson go after his new teething toy, Sophie the Giraffe. So glad we got that sweet time with y'all Trey and Katie!!

Build A Fort

I LOVED building forts with my brother with blankets when I was a kid. So, when I walked into our living room one Saturday morning and saw that Drew had done this...

I loved it!

At one point Drew was even handing down toys through a hole in the top blanket to Grayson underneath in his fort. Haha! So fun!!

Expressions

I've been told a few times in my life that I am pretty expressive. Poor boy inherited that trait from me...

Porch Swing

Our favorite new addition, lately, has been the porch swing! It's so pleasant to go outside with Grayson and watch the cars go by while swinging with him. All 3 of us love it!

First Vegetable

Grayson's first vegetable to try were sweet potatoes! He loved them, but he had to get used to new tastes in the beginning. We're so proud of our growing boy!!

"Guys, I just don't know about this vegetable business..."

"Are you sure you want me to take another bite of this stuff?"

"Ok...I'll give it another try..."

"I guess I could get used to this...It's not so bad!"

"Ok, all done! I ate my first vegetable!"
